A confirmation email is sent to you .when Ferozsons.com.pk receives an
order. You can check the status of the current as well as previous
transactions by going logging in and checking status from the ‘User
Home’ Page.

How long do you keep my order status History?
Order Status History is kept for one calendar year.

What I see is what I get?
The pictures are the closest resemblance to the products that will be
delivered. In some cases there may be change in the color.

Forgot my Login or Password
Click here, this will take you to a page where you will be asked for
your email address. Enter the email address which you have entered in
your profile with Ferozsons.com.pk , your login and password will be
emailed to you at the address on your profile.

Favorites
For items which you would be purchasing on a regular basis, you can
enter these in the favorites section. What this does is that the next
time you need to place an order, instead of browsing to the different
categories, you can simply go to the favorites section and place your
order from there.
To add items to favorites, on the item list click "Add to favorites"
button which appears below the item. You will be asked to login if you
haven't done so already. You cannot enter items into favorites if you
are not a registered users, as favorites are maintained only for
registered user under their respective profiles.
To access favorites, login from the main Ferozsons.com.pk page, you will
asked to enter your login and password. If you are already logged into
the system choose "Login".
You will come to the 'User Main' Screen , from there click onto 'View
Favorites'. A list with all the items which you have placed in as your
favorites will appear. You can order quantities from that screen just as
you would on a sub-category page.

Register Online as a new user
All transactions on Ferozsons.com.pk are limited to registered users
only. To register click here, follow the instructions and fill out the
online form. The fields marked with an * are required fields without
which the form will not be accepted without an entry in those fields
How to buy
(1) Finding an item
Before you make any purchase you need to know firstly the items which
you would be interested in purchasing and secondly where to find them.
There are 4 ways to find the products that you are looking for.
(i) go to a main category from the homepage
(ii) search the catalog by entering a Title , author , publisher name ,
click on the search result which would take to the broad description of
the listed Bookst.
(iii) click on a featured photo on the homepage
(iv) browse the different categories listed
(2) Adding items to your cart
Once you have found the item that you are interested in purchasing.
Enter the quantity that you would like to purchase of that item under
"Product Quantity" and then click "Add in order" for that product. This
would add the item to the shopping cart which appears on the top right
corner of the sub-category.
(3) Deleting items from the shopping cart
If you have decided to remove any item appearing in your shopping cart,
simply click the checkbox corresponding next to the item. Once you click
the the item which you want to remove , press update cart , the products
with checkboxes will be deleted from you cart.
(4) Changing Quantities
In order to change the quantity of the item appearing on your shopping
cart, go back to where the product was displayed. You can do this by
clicking the product description. Under the "Product Quantity" enter the
New Quantity which you would like to order instead and then click "Add
in order" for the product. This would make the necessary change in the
shopping cart as well.
(5) Placing the order
After you have added everything you want in your cart you are ready to
check out and place the order with Ferozsons.com.pk. Under the shopping
cart box appears a button 'Order Now'. Click this button once you are
ready to confirm the order. After this follow the steps below:
(i) Log in- If you are registered user you will be ask to enter your
username and password, this will be asked if you are not currently
logged in. If you are not a registered user, there is an option below
asking you to register with Ferozsons.com.pk.
(ii) Delivery Address- Once you are logged into the system, the next
screen confirms the address where the items are to be delivered from the
fields filled with the address that you have supplied in your
registration form.You can also enter the fields manually,
(iii) Order Details- The next screen displays all the details of the
order placed including the items ordered, price, quantity, total. It
also includes User Information and delivery information.
Once this has been done then click 'Confirm Order'
(6) Order Confirmation
Now your order has been received by Ferozsons.com.pk. An email will be
generated to you to confirm the receipt of your order.

Ferozsons.com.pk is web site of Ferozsons (Pvt.) Ltd. (the “Company”)
website and board community (the "Site") are currently provided free of
charge to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. Company reserves the right to change the nature of this
relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and
Conditions from time to time as Company see fit. Users who violate the
terms of the Agreement will have their access canceled and they may
